Here at Scoop, we specialize in gourmet ice cream served with a smile! Making really good ice cream is a joyous thing. Even our simplest flavors may take days of roasting, steeping, baking, or simmering...all designed to bring out the best in the fine ingredients we use. It all starts with our recipe developer, Jody Spraker. She is the genius behind our flavors. Like a fine chef, she creates the perfect balance of sweet and savory, texture and taste to create our unique ice cream flavors. And like a fine chef, no matter how unusual the combinations may seem, they are always delicious.
It takes a team to make this all happen. Our wonderful kitchen staff makes our baked goods, cakes, waffles cones, and of course, our ice cream (including all those yummy things in each flavor...cookie dough, jams, fudge, etc)! "Dippers" serve our customers with friendly service. Our managers make it all run smoothly. We are lucky to have a wonderful crew working together to make this all happen.
